Product Description:
White primer door is not only an unfinished door, we can also make it prefinished door. We have a new technology for painting this door, which is different from our traditional painting way. We will use machine to paint in one time, which is more economical and easier, but with good treatment. Surface can be as smooth and bright with the way in three times painting. The main function of painting is to protect the front color and give the product a certain gloss, with better transparency.
There are parts of the production process. Ninthly, white prime the sides of the door. Normally, we prime the four sides but if customers want to reduce the cost, we can also just prime two long sides, leaving top and bottom unsealed. Tenthly, quality inspect for the doors. Sometimes, the sides treatment may not so good, and the door surface will have some small damages during transfer, workers need to fix it up. Finally, pack doors up and store them in our warehouse. We have a 5,000 square meters warehouse, which is used to store the raw material and finished products.
