First of all, we would like to talk about what melamine is. Because it is a technical term and most people don’t understand about them. Melamine interior doors are manufactured as placing natural wooden patterns on the surface of the door. Of course, this is not a one-step or easy process. There are a couple of hard processes as:
First of all, natural wooden patterns are installed on metal cylinders without any defects. This process is very sensitive and costs very much.
After the first patterning process, the second one begins. The metal cylinders are also used in this process.
After accomplishing these two processes, which take so long, the colored patterns on the cylinders are transferred to the special sheets which will be applied to the door.
After these 3 steps, we will obtain our popular melamine doors. But there are some other small works to finish the final product. After some physical processes on the impregnated line, we will be able to achieve this final product.
